About

Individual therapy for adults and adolescents can address a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress management, learning healthy coping skills, and learning to recognize and address triggers in life. In a comfortable and safe environment, individuals can express themselves freely and openly in order to identify problems and find solutions.

Couples therapy is for couples who can address a wide variety of issues including communication skills, infidelity, intimacy, and conflict. Couples therapy provides a safe and neutral space for couples to identify their problems and find solutions in order to improve their relationships.

Group 
Therapy & Workshops

Group therapy and workshops offer the opportunity for individuals to address a variety of issues in a group setting with the support of other individuals. It is a setting conducive to helping others realize that they are not alone in what they are feeling or experiencing.
